Art
I’ve been an artist nearly my whole life, if you count using markers in preschool as art. I’d draw whenever and wherever I could on flashcards, in my planner, and on my homework. I taught myself to draw through practice, repetition, and exploration. Through various media like comics, movies and animation, I use it all to influence my work and develop my art style. I use my talent as an artist to reimagine reality into something I think is beautiful. I’m inspired by the form of created and natural objects, which I want to capture and create something aesthetically unique.
Architecture
Professionally I seeked a career in architecture, where I use the skills I developed as an artist to enhance my ability to design. Included here are select drawings from my time as an architecture student. Ones that I think display a level of architectural detail, and an artistic aesthetic that elevates the work into something more.
